Wellness Hotel  Reference Model for Tropical Climate
Intention of the project is to develop and sustain the landscape and create a reference model in a sustainable and environmental friendly way, consisting of villas with luxurious simplicity, integrating elements of the cultural heritage of the Indian west coast and contemporary architecture.

Every built-up structure of the project is not only constructed in an ecological way but the entire project is meant to create an environmental model, where all design ideas are developed appropriate to the environment, its topography and their seasonal patterns, based on the latest knowledge of sustainability from integrated water management to the utilization of wind and solar energy, waste water and solid waste recycling. The natural beauty and challenge of the land with ravines, strong run off and waterfalls during the monsoon and dry plains in the hot season is to be transformed into an ecological niche and microcosms, that integrates the architecture into a water landscape, and medical plant and butterfly garden, forestation with indigenous trees while maintaining the typical water ways and rice paddies of the costal area.
